Senior Attorney
Liz Dinnen has more than 15 years of experience practicing exclusively immigration law. She represents employers and individuals in employment-based immigration matters, combining thoughtful legal strategy with practical guidance and personal attention.
Liz helps companies hire and retain international talent and guides professionals pursuing work visas and permanent residence. Her clients span a broad range of industries, including technology, finance, manufacturing, education, energy, construction, architecture, and healthcare. She works closely with each client to understand their goals, evaluate immigration options, and plan for both immediate needs and long-term objectives.
Liz began her immigration law practice in Miami. She is admitted to the Florida Bar and is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA). She earned her J.D. from St. Thomas University School of Law in 2009 and her B.A. from Iowa State University. During her undergraduate studies, she also studied at Universitas Castellae in Valladolid, Spain.
Fluent in Spanish, Liz represents clients throughout the United States and abroad. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, running, exploring the outdoors, and traveling.
TOSHA TAYLOR

Tosha Taylor brings nearly two decades of paralegal experience to Dinnen Law. Known for her thoughtful, client-focused approach, she anticipates client needs and provides attentive support throughout the immigration process.
Tosha’s dedication is reflected in the care and precision she brings to her work. She helps clients stay informed and organized, working closely with the firm’s attorneys to support the preparation of their cases.
Outside of work, Tosha enjoys rowing (sculling), traveling, visiting museums, and reading. She also gives back to her community through volunteer work.
Natalia Pluta
Paralegal
Natalia Pluta brings nearly a decade of immigration paralegal experience to Dinnen Law, with a background in both employment-based and family-based immigration.
Natalia combines strong analytical skills with careful attention to detail and responsive client service. She approaches complex matters thoughtfully and manages demanding deadlines with care, supporting the firm’s attorneys in preparing cases and keeping clients informed throughout the process.
Outside of work, Natalia enjoys traveling, baking, and shopping.
